Summer Day Camp

2010 Summer Day Camp

 

AGES:                       Students K through 5th grade

 
DATES:                     June 7 – August 18
 
TIME:                         8 a.m. - 4 p.m.
 
ACTIVITIES:            Lots of FUN activities, games, crafts, and field trips (ice skating,
bowling, hiking, swimming, museums, and much more).
 
Limited                 
enrollment:              Daily enrollment limited to 39
                                    (Full-time students only for entire summer)
 
Cost:                        $115 per week + Field Trip Fee ($22 per week) = $137/wk total
                                  $30 supply fee (one time fee due at Registration which will include Summer Camp t-shirt)
           
Food:                       Bring sack lunch and snack (snacks available to be purchased at Sonshine Academy).
 

REGISTRATION:   Register by making the non-refundable $50 Deposit and the $30 supply fee and completing the Summer Day Camp Registration Form (which includes the vacation date). A student is not considered registered and their spot secure until all of the above steps have been completed. The balance of the first week’s tuition (plus extended care if your child is registered for that program) is due no later than May 7. Payments accepted by cash, check, credit card (MC or VISA), or electronic funds transfer. We only accept full-time students for the Day Camp. Call 327-7742 for more information or to register. Once you are officially registered, there will be a charge of $250 if your child withdraws from the Day Camp.

 

EXTENDED CARE: Extended care is available from 4:00 – 5:30 p.m. for an additional cost of $30 per week. Spots are limited and the student(s) who need this service must register when registering for the camp.

 

VACATION:  Students are allowed 1 week of vacation that you are not required to pay tuition. Therefore, students are required to pay for at least 10 weeks of Day Camp. We must know at the time of Registration the “vacation week” they will be absent or you will be responsible for paying for that week.
